Макроекономічні ефекти від підвищення розміру мінімальної заробітної плати в економіці, де роботодавці практикують заниження розміру заробітної плати

Анотація

У статті побудовано монетарну динамічну стохастичну модель загальної рівноваги (далі – DSGE) з метою дослідити, як наявність заниження офіційного рівня заробітної плати в економіці зі встановленим рівнем мінімальної заробітної плати впливає на макроекономічну реакцію на підвищення розміру мінімальної заробітної плати. Модель було відкалібровано та розраховано для України. Основний отриманий результат указує на те, що через надзвичайно високий рівень заниження офіційного розміру заробітної плати економіка слабше реагує на шок мінімальної заробітної плати. Кількісно масштаб реакції на шок мінімальної заробітної плати залежить від частки нерікардіанських домогосподарств, тобто домогосподарств, які не мають доступу до фінансових ринків та внаслідок цього споживають весь свій дохід протягом кожного періоду.
